BOOKING DETAILS AND POLICIES — THE BORING FINE PRINT
Casa del Tren bookings are governed by our rental agreement, which we send as electronically via email. Please note that, per our rental agreement, the guest signing the agreement must be at least 25 years of age. Maximum of 10 overnight guests. Names and ages of all guests must be provided for our rental agreement. No unregistered guests permitted on the property.
State of Florida and City of Safety Harbor state and local sales tax, and Transient Occupancy Tax, total of 16% is added to all quotes. Quotes also include a $155 cleaning fee and $79 non-refundable loss damage waiver, covering damages up to $1500. The signing guest is liable for any and all damages in excess of this amount. To reserve and confirm your booking, payment of 50% of total rent and fees is due at signing of the rental agreement. The balance is due 30-days before check-in. All major credit cards are accepted for payment via our secure online payment system.
